Had never heard of this place until a friend and mine posted about having SAMta pics with her fur babies. I quickly looked up the locations, called and they were SO friendly! They emailed info about booking appointments for photos and I was able to quickly book, pay and scheduled. Today we arrived and they were all ready for us, so friendly and SAMta was incredibly good with our babies. I will be changing our chewy subscriptions over here and buying all my treats from Sam’s! I recently visited Sam’s in Redmond and was incredibly impressed I come here every two weeks like clockwork to pick up my pup’s 5lb bag of kibble, and honestly, these little trips are one of the highlights of my month. The staff here are hands-down the friendliest, kindest people you’ll ever meet—always smiling, always ready with a genuine hello, and they truly make you feel like family. There’s a real homey, comforting vibe the moment you walk in that you just don’t get anywhere else. To me, that feeling is absolutely priceless. Sure, I could save a few bucks buying a bigger bag at one of the big chains or online, but I’d much rather spend a little more to support this wonderful local pet store. The warmth, the care, and the community feel make it worth every single penny. This place isn’t just a pet store—it feels like coming home to family who genuinely care about your dog.

We stopped by to purchase a Coffee Wood bone for our puppy (aka Land shark with those strong teeth) and we were so happy to find them in various sizes at great prices!! While checking out, we found fun toys, delicious homemade treats for special celebrations and very helpful staff! We will be returning for sure!
Locally owned and operated pet food store with 3 locations. This location (Redmond Ridge) offers grooming, self-wash, their own bakery for dog treats and cakes, and high quality pet foods/treats/toys/supplements. They really do take pet food back if your pet doesn’t like it so you never have to worry about spending money on something your cat or dog won’t eat.
