Great selection and absolutely knockout service! This area is getting quite a reputation for their smiles and friendliness. Walked in and someone immediately greeted me and Mazzy (pic to come) and asked what we needed and she got us everything we needed. What a great pit stop on a road trip. This store also has a really robust selection of treats, bully’s and toys to choose from including some more hard to find, really durable toys. Stop in if you get the chance.
I have been a customer of Sam’s since his first store opened on Main Street, I think it was over 20 years ago now. I had a recent interaction with Jesse that really just made me so grateful for all of these years of this wonderful local pet supply store. Jesse has been with Sam, since he opened. The amount of knowledge and wisdom and kindness that I am always met with from Jesse and others, is such a gift. We moved to Sultan in June, and Sam’s has been such a huge blessing for our family. We have two rescues—Molly Wobbles, a chihuahua mix who’s allergic to chicken, and King Arthur, our orange tabby cat who has had ongoing GI issues since we adopted him. Since this was our first time having a cat, figuring out the best food and what he would actually eat has been a challenge. Garrett has been amazing, sharing advice based on their own picky cat and helping us navigate the options. Dylan is newer to the team, but always greets us with a smile and is happy to help us find what we need. Brii was incredibly kind when I had to return multiple foods (one Molly refused to eat and another that upset Arty’s stomach) even though it was on a busy Sunday. Maddie gave Molly Wobbles all the belly rubs and even a freeze-dried beef treat, which made her day! Every single employee we’ve interacted with has been genuinely kind and caring. Having rescues with unique needs can be tough, but Sam’s has made it so much easier. We’ve been able to get everything in one place—food, treats, medications, and cleanup supplies—along with the support and knowledge of people who truly care. The staff over the last few years has greatly improved. We feel so welcomed when we go in now. They always have what we need and are willing to help us find it.
Wonderful friendly people who get to know you and your pets. You can even bring them in while you’re shipping! They have all our pet food needs here including grain free. They also have a dog park do your pup’s can play while you shop. Nail service here is great w well.
The staff and owner of Sam’s are just the best. They are so kind and loving to the dogs and of course the people. Every time I go in I see something new or learn something new about pet food or snack or toy. Monroe is so lucky to have people like Sam and his crew here to help us take care of our furry babies!
